The total cost of the order is the sum of all the items purchased plus shipping and handling costs calculated on basis of the delivery address and shipping option of your choice.
All items delivered in the U.S. and Canada will be shipped via UPS.
For U.S. deliveries UPS shipping options are:
UPS 3 Day Select is available for any delivery location within the continental United States. A two-day delay can also be expected for items delivered to Alaska through UPS 2nd Day Air.
For deliveries within Canada UPS shipping options are:
Order Processing
After placing an order, you will receive an email order confirmation. Usually orders will be shiped within three business days. A second email with shipment confirmation will include the the shipment date and UPS Tracking Number. You can check the status of your order through UPS online service at www.ups.com.

Back Orders
If you would like to purchase an item that is not currently available in our inventory, you can back-order the product for shipment at a later date. Once the items on back order become available, a manager will send you an email requesting your order confirmation. Following your confirmation and payment, the order will be processed on a regular basis.
Processing and delivery of a back order may take upto one month.
